SPEED CHANNEL TO BE EXCLUSIVE NETWORK FOR 2008 AMA TOYOTA
MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP
LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. (May 12, 2008) – With a great team of hosts and a solid
fan base, the SPEED Channel returns in 2008 as the official network of the AMA
Toyota Motocross Championship presented by FMF. This season, SPEED will televise
one hour broadcasts of the premier AMA Motocross class for each of the 12 rounds
of the summer schedule, beginning with the 13th Annual Giant RV AMA Motocross
National presented by Yamaha from Glen Helen Raceway Park, the opening round
of the 2008 campaign.
Highlighting SPEED’s schedule will be three weekends of same day coverage for
three rounds from Thunder Valley, Budds Creek, and Motocross 338. Fans can catch
the remaining broadcasts for each round of the 2008 AMA Toyota Motocross Championship
the weekend following the event, premiering May 31.
