My Mystery School Ultra Pro Camp will get you ready to win races next year!

UPC #1: October 30th, 31st, November 1st, and 2nd.

UPC #2: December 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th.

Your coach at VIR in 2003, win 10 out of 12 that year, the last year for 250's in
AMA. A good class gone away.

The Ultra Pro Camp program is a time tested way to improve your winter training
results by changing the way you train.

You don't have much time to get ready for 2009, so make the most of the time
you do have before your season starts up again.

To start the season, you must begin next year at 150% of your personal fitness
level as the season will wear and tear you down. Your goal is to have your fitness
level at or above 100% in the final race of the year.

I have developed methods that eliminate wasted time and effort and target the
exact muscle groups that are needed to be strengthened for improved control of
the motorcycle and to get the best results on the track.

How about racing your absolute hardest for every lap of the race and never even
thinking about your fitness? That's when you know you're in great shape! This
program will get you there.

Diet, vision, stretching, weight training, sleep habits, constructive aerobic
training, effective racing strategies, time management, working with your team,
concentration focus along with mental toughness, improving pain threshold
limits-- these are some of the many things we work on to make your whole
package of skills stronger and more complete.

Rich and Crew Chief Robert Ward display the 2003 #1 plate, gold medal, and crew
member of the year awards. Robert put a winning bike under me every race that
year, I even led every lap of every race. No DNF's thanks to Robert!

You will work one-on-one with Rich Oliver to improve your overall riding skills,
training techniques and mental toughness in the most physically demanding
course at the Mystery School-- the four-day Ultra Pro Camp.

Classes are small but the racing and competition are fierce! You don't have to be
a Pro racer to sign up, you just have to want to challenge yourself and push your
own personal limits higher. We have had Pro Camp students ranging in age from
12 to 58 years old.
